About Elyx
Elyx is a premium healthspan company combining AI-enabled technology and high-end concierge, with multidisciplinary specialties across science, medicine, physiology, nutrition, and supplementation. We exist to maximize each member’s healthspan — the physiological foundation to live the life they want, at maximum health.
Elyx Life places technology at the center of the membership, with human expertise built around it. A continuously running pipeline reasons across a member’s biology, life, and behavior — combined with the evolving science of healthspan — to produce a stream of predicted, tracked decisions. These are delivered through the concierge and member app, and, where useful, out to external specialists whose findings flow back in.
Elyx Medical provides the physician-led clinical foundation for this model, including diagnostics, medical review, preventive care, and safety oversight. Elyx Life then helps translate these insights into coordinated, evolving plans aligned with each member’s long-term goals.
About the Role
You’ll own a portfolio of 15–20 clients and be their main point of contact. Your job is to make sure their healthspan plan gets executed — across our clinic, external specialists, and whatever city they’re in that week. You’ll report to the COO, and work daily with our physicians, PTs, and the AI Healthspan Copilot that sits behind every client’s plan.
Your days could look very different; planning out the client’s next month’s sessions, manning the reception, assisting with a VO2max test, setting up a sauna for a client or even accompanying a client to an appointment. The role is very varied but always focused on what progresses a client on their healthspan journey.
We’re still a young startup with a team of ~20 people. You need to be comfortable in a startup environment, where not everything is well documented. You’ll do well here if you relish contributing in many different ways, and see the gaps as opportunities for you to help build the SOPs with lasting impact.
We’re located in Raffles Hotel Arcade. Regular working hours are Mon–Fri 9am–6pm, but you’re expected to handle occasional urgent client situations off hours, including being responsive on chats. Non-urgent matters or messages can wait till the next day.
