Engineering
Head of Engineering+

The senior-most technical leader for Elyx, owning the technology end to end: architecture, delivery, reliability, security, healthcare-grade compliance, and the engineering team. Elyx places technology at the center of the membership, with human expertise around it — the inverse of most premium offerings in the space. You set technical direction, hire and grow the team, and stay hands-on in the hardest technical and architectural decisions.

What you own
The reasoning engine that runs continuously across everything known about a client — labs, biomarkers, wearable streams, imaging, meal photos, self-reports. The econometric search engine that turns a client’s telemetry and the pool of scientific knowledge into ranked interventions and diagnostics. The data model beneath it, with a confidence level on each item. The client app, the provider app, the decision pipeline that tracks every change to its outcome, the consent-scoped data and access layer, and, over time, the AI healthspan coach.
What you bring
Proven zero-to-one engineering leadership of teams of 10–25 as the senior-most technical owner of a complex production platform. A track record recruiting top-tier talent for early-stage startups. Hands-on contribution to the codebase and to the hardest problems. Deep knowledge engineering: turning unstructured, high-stakes content into structured, evidence-graded knowledge. Applied LLM/ML systems in production with real evaluation and hallucination control. Instrumentation-first product building, consent-scoped access to sensitive data, and strong modern cloud engineering. Clinical data experience (FHIR/HL7, PHI governance) is a strong plus.

Engineer+

We are seeking an Engineer to own the entire development loop, from internal platforms used by our medical experts to the client-facing interfaces that guide daily health decisions. The ideal candidate will refuse to be boxed into front-end or back-end, bridging the digital and physical worlds by integrating wearable data, medical labs, and physical health spaces into a cohesive experience.

Product
Healthspan Product Manager+

A founding-stage product role, central to building the Elyx product. The role owns the value, usability, and viability of what the team builds, and is accountable for the member’s experience — across both the tech layer (member app, provider app, internal tooling) and the service layer (the integrated work of the human bench), brought together into a single experience the member perceives as one thing.

What you do
Run continuous discovery with members, prospects, and domain experts — reading the member’s own data and the healthspan frontier to arrive at what is credible, defensible, and worth Elyx standing behind. Test ideas against value, usability, viability, and scientific defensibility before committing to build. Author and own the product requirements, take agreed direction through to shipped reality with engineering and operations, then measure the member outcome and feed it into the next round.
What you bring
Deep fluency in healthspan and biohacking, and a clear grasp of how to create value for sophisticated individuals. Product design capability across digital and service touchpoints. Rigorous data and metrics fluency, quantitative reasoning under uncertainty, and econometric thinking about which actions carry the greatest modelled impact. Enough delivery fluency to partner credibly with engineering and operations, plus strong orchestration, discovery, and synthesis.

Performance
Performance Lead+

A senior role translating clinical and movement decisions into high-quality, measurable training outcomes for Elyx members — for an experienced Exercise Physiologist who is equally strong in assessment, programming, and system execution. The role sits at the intersection of medical insight, frontier science, movement strategy, and real-world coaching, delivered precisely, consistently, and at a luxury standard.

What you own
The personal training practice end to end: recruiting, developing, and managing the internal and external coach network, and holding the delivery standard. Weekly protocol design — programs, sessions, loads, and progressions — refined continuously against performance data, recovery metrics, and clinical feedback. Advanced assessment (strength profiling, movement screens, VO2 max) to set member-specific targets. Integration with clinicians and the Head of Movement, partnership with Product to bring the practice onto the Elyx platform, and the internal staff training program.
What you bring
An undergraduate degree in Exercise Science or equivalent, strong experience in physiological testing and evidence-based programming, and experience leading coaches with the judgment to hold a quality standard. Systems thinking: turning a health objective into a structured, repeatable training framework. Preferred: internationally recognized PT certification, experience with high-performance athletes or high-net-worth clients, postgraduate training in exercise physiology, and proven adherence strategies.
